Tyler M. Bell has been helping clients understand and mitigate risk since 2009. His initial focus on life and health insurance broadened when he decided to start an independent home and auto insurance agency in 2012. Offering multiple lines of insurance through several carriers has positioned Tyler to be able to provide an unbiased recommendation to his clients.
Tyler’s passion for what he does stems from his desire to help his clients feel confident that their risks are known and mitigated where possible. He enjoys providing solutions that protect his clients, while often saving them money. He educates his clients on current industry trends and partners with carriers who will be there when their clients need coverage.
In addition to helping his clients navigate the complexities of Medicare, he also helps analyze potential tax credits and subsidies available due to the Affordable Care Act through the health insurance marketplace. He takes a wholistic approach to not only managing healthcare expenses, but filling in gaps of coverage that often exist if a client is disabled or experiences loss of income due to an accident or health condition.
In 2010, he graduated from UVU summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance and Banking. In an effort to provide up-to-date advice to his clients, Tyler regularly attends insurance conferences where he learns from industry experts and works on evolving his internal processes to deliver efficiency and timely solutions.
Tyler and his wife Whitney live in Lehi, Utah and have 4 children. He enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with family going boating, golfing, snow skiing, and spending time outdoors. His favorite sport is basketball, and he enjoys a once per year bench press contest with family. Unfortunately, this is not among his top strengths.
